Return Window
Physical products — You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Installation services — Service fees are non-refundable once installation has been completed. If you experience any issues with the installation, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right at no additional cost.
Web design services — Refunds are available within 7 days of project start if work has not yet commenced. Once design work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on work completed.
Eligibility Requirements
Item must be in its original condition — unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear are not eligible.
Free shipping promotions are non-refundable on returned items.
Customized or special-order items cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchange Process
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no cost to you. For all other exchanges, the item must meet the eligibility requirements above.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
Credit card refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
